What Happens After You Hit Order on Our Site
You pick a jar, type your WhatsApp number, and submit. Then what? We do not take the money on the form. We contact you. That is intentional, and it surprises people who are used to a checkout that ends with a paid stamp.
This is week two of short kitchen reads. Week one covered crystallized jars, tea, cooking, gifts, storage, where to buy, and who keeps the bees. This week starts with the order itself.
The three steps, without the soft language
- Choose wildflower, jungle, or jelly on our products page. IDR 100,000 per jar.
- Leave your address and WhatsApp. You do not upload a payment screenshot.
- We message you to confirm the order, then arrange payment and delivery in Bali.
If your number is wrong, the order sits. Check the digits before you submit. We will not guess a second number from an Instagram handle.
How long this takes
We are a small team. Same-day delivery is not a promise on a blog post. If you leave in two days, order now or go to a shop that already has stock. The pickup list is in where to pick up a jar.
When we reply, we confirm the flavors, the quantity, the address, and how payment works for that order. Shipping with Gojek or Grab is paid by the receiver, unless we agree something else in the chat.
Bulk, cafés, and villas
The website form is for households. If you need a case for a café, a villa welcome tray, or a wedding, contact us with the date and the number of jars. We would rather confirm capacity than have you print a menu around a guess.
