A Quiet Morning Routine with a Jar of Wildflower
You do not need a seven-step wellness ritual. You need a kettle, a dry spoon, and a jar that lives next to the cups.
This closes week two. Week one ended with who keeps the bees. This one is the smallest use case: one quiet cup before the day gets loud.
The routine
- Boil water. Make tea or lemon water the way you already do.
- Wait until you can sip without burning your mouth. Then stir in wildflower honey.
- Close the lid. Wipe the rim if it is sticky. Put the jar back.
That is the whole method. The why behind waiting is in do not boil the honey in your tea.
Why wildflower for mornings
Wildflower is the light jar. It sweetens without turning breakfast into dessert. Jungle is better later, in food. Jelly is a spoon you sit with, not a Monday rush.
If the jar went solid overnight
Scoop a lump into the cup and stir longer, or soften a little in warm water with the lid on. Crystallization is normal. The fridge overnight is usually what sped it up.
One hard rule
Do not give honey to infants under 12 months. Keep the morning jar for everyone older.
